WEIGHT LOSS

I mix cardio with strength training to help build a strong body and a lasting metabolism. By focusing on what best fuels your body, it's possible to maximize fat loss without fad diets and endless hours at the gym.
POSTPARTUM FITNESS

I work with new moms to increase endurance, decrease body fat, and rebuild core strength. My process uses a mix of physical therapy, conditioning, and nutrition to achieve lasting results.
BODY RECOMPOSITION

Rather than focusing on the scale, we work on lowering body fat percentage and building muscle mass to build lean and shapely figures. Nutrition guidance fuels the body with proper nutrients rather than calorie cutting.

Working in three-month increments, I build you a customized fitness and nutrition plan that will help you attain your goals.
FITNESS
I believe we should feel good, move well, and look our best. Fitness plans are customized to your fitness level and goals. I can build your plan to suit a mix of at-home or gym-based workouts. I utilize weights, resistance training, body weight exercises. Depending on goals, I can also include cardio exercises in a client's mix. I always include mobility and flexibility exercises for recovery and increased range of motion.


NUTRITION
Diet shouldn't be an endless subtraction of food. When you work with me, we work on enriching your life with the foods you and your body like and need. To complement your fitness regimen, I will monitor and guide your nutrition via in-app tracking and messaging. We'll work together to design an approach to food that offers flexibility and fits your lifestyle for the long-term.

ABOUT ME
I’m an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Women’s Fitness Specialist focused on helping clients get stronger and healthier. My training emphasizes the importance of proper form and building strength for the long term. When I'm not working with clients I love to travel and compete in women's body-building events. I am fluent in Mandarin and English and while I'm based in San Francisco, my video-based training style allows me to work with clients all over the world.
